At UR Sports, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized/Personalized Goods: Items made specifically to your size or with your branding/name.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items bought on "Sale" or "Clearance" are final.

Hygiene Products: Undergarments or protective gear that has been unsealed.
3. The Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your item at our Sialkot warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you.

Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.).

Timeline: You will receive the credit within 14 days of us receiving the item.
4. Shipping for Returns

Cost: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Risk: We recommend using a trackable courier service (like TCS, Leopards, or M&P). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
